I am too out of shape to exercise

I will focus on my improvement

I will set smaller goals to reach the larger goal of improving my overall fitness. Success with physical activity is the culmination of a series of mini successes-that’s easy to forget.

I will find some simple calorie-burning tricks

I will stand whenever I can. Standing burns 1.5 times more calories than sitting. I can stand when I am at the doctor’s office, when I watch TV, and when I work at my computer. I will just stand.
